How do we ensure quality?

Quality Control

Our internal processes only allow for the output of a high quality end product. Designs are tested and tweaked often multiple times internally by our team before we push orders through production. Every item is hand checked for quality and replaced if it does not meet our high standards.

Artwork Setup

You get to view and approve your artwork and work with our design team to make changes to your design. We do not proceed with your order under we have gotten approval from you. This ensures things are done correctly and to your liking!

Order Management

Our proprietary order management system shares notes and details about your order to every single department inside the company. This ensures NO details or specific instructions about your order is lost through the production process.

What happens if something goes wrong?

If we messed up - WE FIX IT - no questions asked.

In the rare instance that we make a mistake We make reporting problems extremely easy by clicking the 'Tell Us How We Did' button next to your order in your customer dashboard. Simply report the problem and our customer service team will reach out to resolve the issue.

If you messed up - Don't worry!

Everyone makes mistakes - we get it. If something went wrong through the process that was ultimately your fault - don't worry - let us know and our customer service team will be able to assist you in figure out to come to a solution to the problem.
