Our order was made up of a bunch of hats and 13 beanies. The hats are incredible quality and great value! I really appreciate all the different styles/colors and we took full advantage
by ordering a wide variety for our employees this round. We will be placing another order once we see what hats they all like the best. Also, we would like to stock up on quality swag hats so that our customers actually wear them! The beanies seem like good enough quality, but the logo placement and comfort are terrrrible. The backside of the logo is uncomfortable and rubs your forehead in all the wrong places. Also, the logo was placed too low down on the beanie making it look slightly off...I would love to hear your thoughts on such an issue. Have you heard this before? Do people normally have their logo placement so low? I do not like them one bit and will not be handing any of the beanies out...that's a bummer because we were all really excited about getting some nice cold-weather hats made. Is there any chance we could exchange these for the same color/quantity of cuffed beanies?

It's hard to find companies that don't have a minimum, and for those that don't, the options are not what I'm looking for. I'm happy that I was not only able to get only 2 hats, but I was able to get the 3D/Puff embroidery.
The support response was quick when I had concerns about my proofs and that is always a HUGE plus in my book.

Holistically - the experience was “okay” by my standards and could be improved but still decent. Other online hat creators have an easier ordering system and better communication but the quality of this product is excellent in comparison. The artwork submission process and turnaround time could be better but overall, I would order again. Anxious to try tees and a pullover next.
