250 Hats for America's 250th Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The "250 Hats for America's 250th" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by LidLaunch LLC d/b/a HatLaunch, 1300 Lebanon Ave, Collinsville, Illinois 62234 ("Sponsor").
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, or Google. By entering, each entrant releases each of those platforms from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.
2. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 3, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible. Sponsor's servers and order records are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and vendors, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method.
(a) Entry by Purchase. During the Entry Period, place a qualifying order of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or more (calculated before taxes, shipping, and discounts) at www.hatlaunch.com. Each qualifying order results in automatic entry using the name and email address associated with the order. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded before winner selection do not constitute eligible entries.
(b) Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary. During the Entry Period, visit www.hatlaunch.com/sweepstakes and complete and submit the free entry form with your first and last name, email address, and state of residence. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter by this method.
Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method or number of qualifying orders placed. Additional entries by the same person or household will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries containing false or incomplete information, are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prizes
Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of fifty (50) custom Richardson 112 hats, with winner's choice of available colors and one (1) custom design per prize, produced and fulfilled by Sponsor as a single order.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $950.00, based on Sponsor's published volume pricing for orders of 48 or more units. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,750.00.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for shipping costs associated with the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value, including a store credit of equivalent value, if a prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about July 7, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within approximately two (2) business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must respond to the notification and comply with any verification instructions (which may include an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release) within five (5) days of the date of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documents, that potential winner is disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Confirmed winners may be announced publicly, including in a live broadcast on Sponsor's Instagram and Facebook channels, after verification.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes (including winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment) and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants who separately and optionally opt in to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time. Opting in to marketing is not required to enter and does not affect odds of winning.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in such event, Sponsor may select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation: (a) technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind; (b) unauthorized human intervention; (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; (d) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or notifications; or (e) injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any amount in excess of the stated ARV of the applicable prize.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Winners List
For the names of the confirmed winners, send an email with the subject line "250th Sweepstakes Winners List" to [[WINNERS LIST EMAIL — SET BEFORE LAUNCH]] within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.
14. Official Rules Availability
These Official Rules are available at www.hatlaunch.com/sweepstakes-rules throughout the Entry Period and for at least sixty (60) days thereafter.
